Coady Partnership Architects is an independent design-driven environmental consultancy, based in Dublin, with significant projects in many parts of Ireland. Our core activities include building design, building conservation, urban design and master planning.
Founded in 1987, the practice includes a professional/technical staff of thirty six, with a wide range of backgrounds and specialisations, led by three senior and widely experienced partners. We bring imagination and creativity to the design of buildings.
We guarantee constant liaison with the client, detailed review of the brief and close collaboration between all members of the project team – all with a focus on design excellence.
Active management drives each project to an effective conclusion. Our approach is to achieve value and low cost-in-use, without compromising the quality of the building in its environment.
Our aim is to deliver efficient and sustainable design with an emphasis on natural lighting, natural ventilation, the use of renewable energy sources, appropriate choice of structure and materials, and careful attention to detailing of the building envelope.
